Chemtap 100 is a low viscosity oil designed for heavy duty tapping and threading. It has been successfully used in a wide variety of stamping, drawing and machining operations and is an extremely versatile product for use with carbon or stainless steels.
Chemtap 100 is easily removed from the work piece with either alkaline or solvent emulsion cleaners. This product contains active sulphur additives that will not stain steel, but will stain copper and brass alloys.
