Syn-Draw 325SF is a synthetic coolant designed for the cutting and machining of a variety of metals. It incorporates a unique package of E.P. and boundary additives that confer exceptional lubricating characteristics which are balanced by the superior cooling power of water. It is recommended for the processing of steel and aluminium. Tests have shown it to be non-staining to most aluminium alloys.
Syn-Draw 325SF is miscible with water in all proportions and the concentration should be adjusted to match the severity of the operation. The synergistic mixture of biocides incorporated in the coolant was intended to prolong service life.
